People are our greatest asset. A Human Resources Manager and additional Human Resources staff are needed to work with our wonderful missionaries, employees, volunteers and short-term workers. Experience with Federal and State regulations is preferred. This individual will oversee the effective implementation of mission-wide and local human resource policies. The HR Manager will also take an active role in promoting a healthy, enjoyable and productive work environment based on Christ-centered principles. This is a full-time position and the successful applicant is required to raise their support or have the capacity to be self-funded and must be able to sign the HCJB Global Statement of Faith.
