Developing Latin American Broadcasters for Increasingly Effective Radio Ministries
Only about 8 out of 100 people who work in Christian radio stations in Latin America have professional training. HCJB Global provides workshops for believers in Latin America to equip them to be increasingly successful in their local radio ministries. Our trainers travel throughout Latin America (and occasionally to Spain and Spanish stations in the US) to equip Christian broadcasters to engage more listeners and be more effective in their evangelism, discipleship and follow-up efforts. Broadcasters who have completed our training often participate in teaching sessions in other locations, training fellow Latin Americans to reach their own communities for Christ.
The project funds cover half of the expenses for the trainers’ travel and materials, and the trainees’ group covers the other half.
