Hand-in-Hand is a way for you to reach out and help people who are desperately seeking help—a means for you to demonstrate Christ's compassion to someone who is sick, to give clean water to people who are thirsty, and to help those who are physically hurting discover that God loves them and truly cares about them.

It is sobering to realize that approximately 1/4 of the world's population lives on less than $1 a day and that 40% of the world's population lives on less than $2 a day. It is easy to be overwhelmed by the statistics—and to think that you can't do anything about it. But you can.

What's even better is that as you are helping meet the physical needs of people, you are also helping support the evangelistic efforts of local believers and church-planting ministries.

Since 1992, HCJB Global has helped local believers start over 400 Christian radio stations in more than 100 countries. We are encouraging our partners to be both the voice and hands of Jesus, using radio and healthcare together. We are amazed at how much more effective local church-planting efforts are as result of using both radio and healthcare together.

Our goal is to work hand-in-hand with our partners, sharing our knowledge and over 60 years of experience in healthcare to encourage them and help them create self-sustaining and locally-run medical ministries.

As God gives us opportunities to be His hands to a hurting world, we want to be able to respond quickly.
