We praise God that He has led you to consider service with us. We are trusting that this experience will be beneficial to the kingdom of God, to you, to the country in which you serve and to HCJB Global.

Our Board of Trustees asks that you read the attached liability release and sign it as a prerequisite to serving with HCJB Global. Because you may be assigned to another country in surroundings quite different from what you are accustomed to, we need to let you know that you may be exposed to some potential hazards. These may be physical, emotional or medical.

We are concerned for your personal safety and well-being during your ministry with us. We don't anticipate that you will encounter problems as covered in the liability release, but we do feel these matters need to be stated and covered before you begin service with us.

We stand in prayer with you regarding your involvement with us. on behalf of the Board of Trustees, I thank you for your understanding in this matter.

I understand that participation in the activities of World Radio Missionary Fellowship, Inc., as a missionary or volunteer worker is a privilege. I acknowledge that such participation may expose me and my family to a number of hazards, whether physical, emotional or medical, as a result of our participation. I further understand that transportation or medical facilities may be primitive or inadequate in the location where I am serving.

In consideration of this privilege, I and any members of my family traveling with me accept these hazards voluntarily and agree to release World Radio Missionary Fellowship, Inc., its directors, officers, members, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any claim that I or members of my family may have against them as a result of injury incurred during our service or visit, and any travel related thereto.

I understand that World Radio Missionary Fellowship, Inc., will use its best efforts to avoid placing its missionaries and volunteer workers at unnecessary risk, and will endeavor to safeguard the health and safety of all persons associated with said World Radio Missionary Fellowship, Inc. However, I recognize that such efforts may not eliminate all risks or hazards that I or my family may encounter.

This Release of Liability shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States of America.
