Daily Schedule
The HCJB Global Short-Term Team department will develop a tentative schedule for the time you will be in your ministry country. This will be planned in conjunction with your Host Missionary and the coordinator of your project. We will then send it to you for your input. The schedule will usually be worked out several weeks prior to your arrival. As is always the case in the developing world all schedules are tentative until they happen. Therefore flexibility is the key to accomplishing everything we have planned.

Finances
Daily Expenses - We ask that you deposit with HCJB Global the funds requested to cover the cost of your daily expenses, including lodging, food, and transportation. This figure is based on your team's size and the expenses expected in the country where you will be working, it also takes into consideration some meals in restaurants and some sightseeing. We ask that your team bring snack or grocery items recommended by your host because these items are not available at your project location. If you desire an extended period of R&R or more meals in restaurants than scheduled this will be an added expense. Your daily living expenses will be paid out of this account by your host missionary in consultation with the short term team leader.

Ministry Expenses - The majority of the projects that we have could not be accomplished without the financial help of the team. Therefore, we have included a cost of $350 per person to help with administrative costs ands the cost of materials. These funds are considered a donation to the project. These funds will be spent by the project coordinator to purchase supplies that you will be using and to continue the work after you depart.
