Lucy the Macaw

A macaw has long pointed wings that come in a variety of colors. The feathers cover the body in beautiful shades of blue, red, yellow, and green. They have short, curved, beaks and sometimes bite. They fly swiftly in pairs. They eat nuts, seeds, and fruit. They are easily tamed but do not readily learn to talk. Their loud screams and danger of biting can make them undesireble pets.
