SEARCH AND SELECTION PROCESS
The search committee is comprised of board members. A thorough search will consider many names and resumes. Many of these will be asked to respond to a application/questionnaire and a telephone interview. Those who hold the most promise will be interviewed in person by the search committee.
References will be checked, degrees verified and backgrounds checked by the committee, and an extensive “candidate profile” will be prepared. The committee will select the top four to six candidates who will then be interviewed in person by the Board of Trustees. The top person or two will be recommended to the board for final consideration.
When a preferred candidate is determined, that person and spouse will come to Colorado Springs and other selected regional locations to get to know the HCJB Global community. The candidate will also meet with the Executive Management Team and the Board of Trustees before the final selection is completed by the board.
