Partnership: The body of Christ is to be a model of individuals with a variety of gifts working together to accomplish God’s purposes in the world. We believe we must work together with other groups, transcending organizational, geographic and cultural boundaries to accomplish the mission to which we have been called. (Philippians 1:4-6)

Effective Service: We acknowledge that God holds us accountable as stewards of the resources, gifts and talents He has provided. We understand our ultimate calling is obedience to God and to be faithful in the ministry. (1 Corinthians 16:9)

Innovation: Recognizing that we live and minister in a dynamic and ever-changing world, we continually seek improved ways of carrying out our mission. (1 Corinthians 9:22b)

Celebration: We rejoice because we understand that all we are and all we have comes from God. (Psalm 145:7)
