FM Transmitters under license from HCJB Global, are produced by International Radio and Electronics Corporation (owner of Crown Broadcast, a division of IREC) which produces 30-watt to 2000-watt FM transmitters, the prototypes of which were researched, designed, and built by HCJB Global Technology Center engineers. Each of these transmitters incorporates audio processing, as well as stereo and RF generation, in a compact rugged chassis.
These transmitters were developed to meet the need for high-quality, portable FM broadcast stations. Features include:
- Integrated audio processing, stereo generation, and RF generation without compromised signal quality
- Built-in metering and diagnostics
- Versatile AC operation (100, 120, 230 or 240VAC; 50/60Hz) and battery operation
- Long-term stability and reliability in harsh environments
- Field selection of operating frequency
- Setup and operating verification with minimal test equipment
- State-of-the-art technology and worldwide standards compliance
The transmitters are small enough to fit into suitcases. When you add an audio source , antenna, and AC or DC power, the transmitter becomes a complete FM stereo broadcast station capable of serving a city. These transmitters will reach a radius of 30 miles (48 kilometers) or more. In addition, a booster amplifier can be added to multiply the power output.
