Our People
HCJB Global is blessed with a highly trained personnel with nearly 1,000 staff members worldwide, including about 300 missionaries and 700 employees who represent some 30 countries. Many of HCJB Global's missioanaries serve in bi-vocational ministry with professions such as radio program producers, IT workers, radio trainers, engineers, technicians, doctors, nurses, therapists, community development workers, journalists, photographers, pastors, schoolteachers and administrators.
The largest contingent of workers is in the Latin America Region with nearly 600 employees and missionaries, primarily in Ecuador. The HCJB Global Ministry Service Center in Colorado Springs, Colo., is home to about 60 workers while some 41 staff members serve at the HCJB Global Technology Center in Elkhart, Ind. Additional staff serve at Regional Offices in Asia Pacific (18), Europe/Eurasia (6), North Africa/Middle East (about 10) and Sub-Saharan Africa (7). There are also staff members at the mission's World Offices in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland and U.K.
