HCJB Global Hands is putting truth in motion through hospitals and medical education. The organization has two main hospitals in Ecuador: Hospital Vozandes-Shell and Hospital Vozandes-Quito.

The hospitals provide trauma care, family practice, ophthalmology, surgical and outpatient services for those in Ecuador. They also provide inpatient care with beds for 104 patients.
