As an organization, HCJB Global has two main engineering departments: The main department at the Technology Center in Elkhart, Indiana, and the Engineering department of the Latin America Region.

At the Technology Center, staff design and manufacture antennas, high- and low-power shortwave, and low-power FM transmitters as well as package recording studios for use by HCJB Global and other evangelical broadcasters. In Latin America, Engineering is responsible for operation and maintenance of Radio Station HCJB’s broadcasting facilities.
