HCJB Global Hands also provides family practice clinics around Ecuador with the primary purpose of serving the poor with quality healthcare and sharing the gospel.

Today, HCJB Global has 7 clinics—4 of them legally and financially independent of HCJB Global. The other 3 clinics still receive donated items such as medicines and supplies through community development and missionaries working to see the clinics succeed.
