The purpose of Leadership Development at HCJB Global is to train and empower local believers as they strive to be the Voice and Hands of Jesus® and impact lives in their own communities.

HCJB Global is involved in developing leaders in each of our regions around the world. These training sessions include leadership and administration skills, missions training, Bible training, cross cultural skills and mentoring relationships. It is the hope of HCJB Global that through these training sessions, the people will become leaders that speak the truth of the Bible with confidence and become servants for Christ.
