 Hospital Vozandes-Quito is affiliated with six Ecuadorian universities for medical, nursing and paramedical education:

- Universidad San Francisco de Quito (medical)
- Universidad de Loja (medical)
- Universidad Internacional del Ecuador (medical)
- Universidad Tecnológica Equinoccial (medical)
- Universidad del Azuay ( in process)
Staff members instruct students as externs and interns as well as ophthalmology and family practice residencies in medicine. The nursing education program is designed to give practical, hospital-based experience to students at the undergraduate level. Other programs include pre-professional experience in laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, occupational therapy, social work, accounting and secretarial services.
