HCJB Global Voice in the Latin America region is responsible for all broadcasts from Radio Station HCJB locally and internationally including shortwave, AM/FM, and ALAS-HCJB. Additionally staff are involved in radio planting and development, production and Internet ministries.

Ministry in Latin America also includes healthcare of various forms including primary, tertiary, preventive, curative, community-based and institution-based care. The goal of HCJB Global Hands is to grow in the grace and knowledge of God and to communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ through education and discipleship.

The Latin American Region also includes leadership development programs including the Christian Center for Communications—a three-year program of higher education designed for Spanish-speaking students, and Apoyo, a cooperative pastoral training ministry.
