 A team of trainers works in Europe/Eurasia offering education in radio production, communication theory, journalism, station management, technical maintenance, promotion and cooperation. As a result of this ongoing work, HCJB Global Voice has partner groups across the region as well as several regional production facilities. Trainers have come from Ecuador, Sweden, Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine, U.K. and U.S. Students taking the courses have come from Belarus, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia (including Bashkortostan, North Caucasus and Tatarstan), Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
